Personal data that are processed
DNAklik can process personal data about you, because you use the services of DNAklik, and/or because you provide this to DNAklik yourself when filling out a contact form on the website. DNAklik can process the following personal data:
- Your first and last name - Your address details
- Your telephone number
- Your e-mail address
- Your IP address
Why DNAklik needs this data
DNAklik processes your personal data in order to be able to contact you by telephone, and/or to be able to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or by post). In addition, DNAklik can use your personal data in the context of executing an agreement of assignment concluded with you.
How long does DNAklik store data?
DNAklik does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. Your data will not be stored for longer than a year if no agreement is reached with you.
Share with others
DNAklik will only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation. If the data must be provided to carry out an assignment, the exchange of data to third parties will only take place after you have given permission for this.
Google Analitics
DNAklik uses Google Analytics (GA) to collect statistics about website usage. These statistics are anonymous and cannot be traced back to a specific person or user. The last part of your IP address is masked.
We have concluded a user agreement with Google for the use of GA. Google may not share the collected data with third parties and we do not use other Google services in combination with the GA cookies.
Cookies
Other than the cookies placed by Google Analytics, no other cookies are used.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to info@dnaklik.nl. DNAklik will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
Security
DNAklik takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
